Welcome to health care magic.

1.The concern is about the multiple fibroid in the mentioned location.
2.because of multiple fibroid s the uterus is bulky which cause prolonged excessive bleeding.
3.Which needs attention - either operative or intervention procedure - depending on your family status ( kids)
4. Ovaries are bulky but there is no obvious abnormality mentioned, like mass or lesion. So no need to worry about it.
5. Endometrium is within limits.

Good luck.
